We announced on this website that we needed at least 2 families per grade (9 through 12) to work on the 2012 Game Program. It has been determined that we need to start work on the program by the end of January for it to be a financial success. To date, only 1 Senior parent has stepped forward. If we don't fill the 8 necessary slots we will be outsourcing the program to a contractor and it will simply not be the same. Many hands make lighter work for those involved.Let's get some momentum on this in the next week! Just e-mail joe.wirtz@sbcglobal.net if you want to be involved. On Saturday December 17, Iowa State University offered Alec James a full ride football scholarship! Those that know Alec knew it was well deserved and just a matter of time!

Congratulations Alec. Your teammates, coaches and classmates are very happy for you!

 


Game Day Program. Last year we started this process too close to the season. We also didn't have enough parents to cover all the teams (freshmen, JV and varsity). Therefore, we have decided that, unless we have at least 2 parents from each grade (9 - 12) signed up to work the creation of the game day program BY sunday FEBRUARY 1 we will outsource it to a printing firm. To sign up please contact Joe.Wirtz@sbcglobal.net or call 262.613.7628. The program, through it's advertisers, could provide the bulk of fund-raising dollares needed, but only if we have enough families willing to take on the development.  C'mon. With a group of at least 8 starting in February, this will be easy and, you will have your parental involvement out of the way before the games begin!

You should have now either joined a winter sport or be participating in the after-school work-out program! Work-outs are Monday, Tuesday and Friday at 3:30 and Thursdays at 2:30.

We will also put a link on this page announcing the start of the Track Program as we get closer. More speed + more power = more wins!
